Melba S. Royal and Robert A. Royal Fund

Melba Royal, a Pottsville resident, died February 21, 1996 and by her will established a perpetual trust to benefit certain Pottsville charities. The annual earnings of the Melba S. Royal and Robert A. Royal Fund will be distributed to:
- United Presbyterian Church of Pottsville (63.26%)
- Pottsville Free Public Library (9.185%)
- Schuylkill County Council for the Arts (9.185%)
- Trinity Episcopal Church for the upkeep of Charles Baber Cemetery (9.185%)
- City of Pottsville Shade Tree Commission (9.185%)
