Bethany Children's Home Fund

The establishment of the Bethany Childrens’ Home Fund represented an opportunity for the Foundation to work with the law firm of Lipkin, Marshall, Bohorad & Thornburg in collaboration with M&T bank to transfer an existing trust fund from the bank to the administrative arm of Schuylkill Area Community Foundation. Thomas J. Campion, Jr. provided the research along with our legal team to effectively and efficiently insure that the earnings from this fund will, each year, return to the Bethany Childrens’ Home for their own uses and purposes.
Distributions from this fund are made to Bethany Children's Home for such uses and purposes as the Bethany Children's Home shall determine.
