James D. Collins Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established 2005
Established by St. Clair resident Patricia Collins in memory of her son, the James D. Collins Memorial Scholarship Fund designates the earnings to be distributed annually to be divided equally to students who are graduates of the Mahanoy Area School District and the Tamaqua School District. These scholarships are for attendees of accredited colleges or universities or non-profit technical or vocational schools.
