Unrestricted Funds
Unrestricted Funds are established by donors to provide the Foundation with the greatest flexibility to meet the most pressing and ever changing needs of our community:
- Cornelius J. McFadden and Anna M. McFadden Memorial Trust Fund
Distributions from this fund are made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church and St. Mauritius Catholic Church, or its successor (which is currently St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church) Ashland, Ashland Public Library, Diakon Volunteer Home Care, and to projects as selected by the Directors. - Eleanor B. Spencer Memorial Fund
Distributions from this fund are used to maintain, promote, and improve the welfare, health, education, employment, happiness, safety, and security of the citizens of the Ashland area. - Elwood T. Bracey Fund
Distributions from this fund are used for any educational, charitable, scientific, or literary uses, and other purposes of a similar nature. - Frank J. Pepper and Thomas J. Pepper Memorial Fund
Distributions from this fund are used to maintain, promote, and improve the welfare, health, education, employment, safety, and security of the citizens of the Ashland area. - Friends of the Foundation Fund

Distributions from this fund are made at the discretion of the Community Foundation's Board of Directors. - The Citizens' National Bank of Ashland Community Fund
Distributions from this fund are used to maintain, promote, and improve the welfare, health, education, employment, happiness, safety, and security of the citizens of the Ashland area.
