Pottsville Enrichment Fund
Established 2006
Under the terms of the last will and testament of Kathryn Speacht of Pottsville, the Pottsville Enrichment Fund was established to enhance the lives of Pottsville residents. In view of the fact that it is used for many public functions, the earnings from this fund will go to the Charles Baber Cemetery for improvements and functions, which will benefit the citizens of Pottsville.
